Meet Nicole.
Hi, I'm Nicole, the proud owner and a qualified teacher at Nurture and Grow Early Learning Centre.
After purchasing the centre in 2025, my vision was to create a place where children feel safe, valued and excited to learn each day. I wanted to build an environment that feels like a second home—calm, nurturing and filled with meaningful learning opportunities.
As both the owner and a teacher, I'm involved in the centre every day. I love getting to know each child and their whānau, celebrating milestones, supporting individual learning journeys and building genuine relationships with the families who are part of our community.
I believe every child learns in their own unique way and deserves the time, encouragement and respect to grow into confident, capable learners. Our Montessori-inspired approach allows children to explore, discover and develop independence at their own pace, while feeling supported every step of the way.
I feel incredibly grateful to be part of each child's early learning journey and look forward to welcoming new families into our Nurture and Grow whānau.
A little about me
When I'm not at the centre, I'm spending time with my husband Adam and our two boys, Keagan and Braxton. As both a mum and an educator, I understand how important it is to find an early learning environment where your child feels happy, secure and genuinely cared for. That understanding is something I bring with me every day at Nurture and Grow.
